House Rules

Here are some simple policies to ensure the health, safety and enjoyment of all jazzercisers. Thank you in advance for your consideration.

Bad Weather Cancellation:
Please check this website or give us a call during bad weather conditions to check if the classes are still running. We tend to announce cancellations due to bad weather on Northsound Radio. If schools are closed, the classes are cancelled. If the police advise not to go out unless absolutely necessary, the classes are cancelled.

Creche:
Due to our liability insurance, children are welcome only when creche facilities are offered or if they are fully participating in class. If you have questions concerning childcare, please let us know.

Children Participating in Class:
Jazzercise encourages children to be physically active. Children are able to participate in class providing they are accompanied by an adult and able to complete the entire class. Please ask your instructor if you have any questions!

Late comers:
Please make every effort to arrive at class on time. It is important for your body to be properly warmed up before we begin the aerobic segment of class, as well as being considerate of other people taking the class. If you are coming in late, please observe all LOW impact instructions to be sure you are safe entering class. We want you to be safe and healthy! Ask your instructor/registrar for a handout on 'Warming Up Cooling Down'

Footwear:
Trainers are required to participate in class. Please do not wear muddy, wet, or dirty trainers onto the dance floor. Please change from your 'street shoes' into your exercise trainers before the start of class. This keeps the flooring dry and clean for everyone.

EFT Cancellation:
After your first three months of EFT withdrawals, accounts can be cancelled for any reason by the 15th of any month by filling out an EFT cancellation form at the registration desk. Please remember YOU have to inform your bank about the cancellation.

We will be unable to refund any monies if the EFT CANCELLATION is not received by the 15th of the month via EFT cancellation form or e-mail. Please refer to your EFT agreement for more information.
