Once again, the Scottish Jazzercise Fitness Weekend will take place in the spacious Hotel and Spa part of the Resort

Already awarded a 4 Star rating, the hotel is undergoing continuous improvement to all amenities thus improving the Hotel’s already extremely high standard. For more details of the Hotel please log on to www.airthcastlehotel.com

We are pleased to be able to offer spreading the cost over 6 months with an option to use the Standing Order Monthly Payment Plan which will be sent on request with the Confirmation Form. This is an ideal solution for those who like to budget and avoid a surprise when the balance is due!
For admin coordination purposes, all completed Standing Order forms are to be returned to the Organisers and not sent directly to the bank. The option to pay the outstanding balance by Internet Banking is available and is to be indicated on the Booking Form.

The Fitness Weekend price includes the following package:

Two nights half board accommodation
All Jazzercise classes and use of equipment
Aqua-fit in the Hotel’s Leisure Pool
Full use of all the Hotel’s facilities
Disco on Friday night
Band and Disco Party on Saturday night


Beauty Treatments are also available at the Hotel for an additional cost.
Full details of these treatments will be sent nearer the event date and must be booked and paid for directly with the hotel Spa.

A deposit of £50.00 per person must be sent with the fully completed Booking Form.
Please note, all deposits are non-refundable and rooms are issued on a first-come first-served basis. Any amendments must be requested via the organisers as bookings are non-transferable.

Full payment must be received by the Organisers no later than 1st January 2011.
Please be aware, Triple rooms could have the combination of a Double or 2 Twin beds, together with a Single or Pull-down Sofa-bed, no other combination can be guaranteed.

Important: Cancellations must be made in writing to the below address. Refund policy is as follows and is based on the date the cancellation communiqué is received by the Organisers.

Cancellation more than 45 days before event - Loss of deposit only
Cancellation within 45 days of event - 50% of balance refunded
Cancellation within 28 days of event - No Refund

By completing and returning the booking form with the deposit, named occupants acknowledge and accept these terms.
